The Inclusive Leader Academy is a 6-month cohort course designed to support seasoned and emerging leaders with the tools and knowledge to lead more effectively, productively, and inclusively.
Each course will take participants across a series of 6 modules, with readings, videos, reflections, exercises, and a live event each month. Those monthly meet-ups will feature guest speakers, compelling content, and connections from previous to subsequent material, creating an evolving trajectory of learning.
Our aim is to create the conditions for growth, and to foster relationships across a 6-month learning journey that creates the motivation and accountability for that growth.
The framework of the course is built around a me/you/us model.
This model recognizes that “what’s-in-it-for-me” is likely the most sustainable motivator for most people, and that a truly inclusive work environment works for everyone. So, we begin the program learning to understand ourselves and what we bring with us into learning and leadership.
Following that module the course shifts its focus to helping participants support and advocate for others around them to do that same kind of work, and to realize that same kind of growth.
Finally, the course explores how to put these learnings into action at the group or team level, curating a culture that is inviting, inclusive, and innovative.
