module 1: me
We have to start at the starting place
We aren’t finished products - no one is. Despite [perhaps] our best intentions not everything about us is as polished or perfected as it could be. And, if we can’t come to grips with who we are, how we show up, and why that happens, we’re going to have a really hard time leveraging our best selves toward creating our best outcomes. This module will help you unpack your most authentic self as it sits now, celebrate what’s working for you, and start creating avenues of growth for shifting what’s not.
This is about better understanding where our trajectory is taking us. We can more fully align ourselves with the future we want when we better understand how our past is informing our present.
we’ll break this module up into 2 parts:
Identity (who am I) & Agency (what can I do)

What’s in your backpack?
Download, print, and complete the “What’s in Your Backpack” exercise
Take the Adobe “My Creative Type” test. It will give you a sense of how you show up on a team, and who you may best collaborate with.
Consider taking an Enneagram Assessment. The tests tend to be fairly long, and costs $12. However, if you’re serious about learning more about yourself, how you show up, what motivates you, and what shuts you down, this is a valuable assessment.
Consider taking the “16 Personalities” test. It will take about 7-8 minutes to complete, and will give you quite of bit of information.
Bring your completed “Backpack” exercise, your Adobe “My Creative Type” results, and any other additional testing results you did to our first meeting.
